Introduction
The XSC series vortex wet dust collector is an advanced and ideal dust removal equipment that is highly effective in workplace dust collection and has a high dust removal efficiency. Working principle of XSC series vortex wet dust collector
The XSC vortex wet dust collector consists of five major systems: dust collection, air supply, dust removal, slag discharge, and control. The dust removal system is the core of the entire system. When the dusty gas enters the dust collector, the gas collides with the water surface at a high velocity and flows through two "S"-shaped channels, causing the water flow to produce a vortex. The particles come into full contact with the water droplets, and through the effects of collision, interception, and condensation, the particles settle with the droplets. At the same time, a large amount of water mist is generated, which is separated from the dust by a water and gas separator. The clean gas is then sent to the chimney for emission compliance through an induced draft fan.

Technical Features:

It can also handle high dust concentrations and harsh working conditions. The vortex wet dust collector has a very high dust removal efficiency and good applicability for purifying dust-laden gases with high humidity, high temperature, and acidity or alkalinity.
2. Dust removal and purification combined. The vortex wet dust collector not only removes dust particles from the gas but also removes water vapor and certain water-soluble toxic and harmful gas pollutants from the gas. Therefore, the vortex wet dust collector not only removes dust but also has a cooling and purifying effect on the gas.
3. After the dust removal system is in operation, routine maintenance mainly involves cleaning the dust collection pipes every 3-6 months based on specific working conditions.
