Introduction
The bag filter is a dry filtration device that is suitable for capturing small, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bags are made of woven filter cloth or non-woven felt, and use the filtration effect of the fiber fabric to filter the dust-containing gas. When the dust-containing gas enters the bag filter, the large particles and heavy dust settle down due to the effect of gravity and fall into the ash hopper, while the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter material, and the dust is trapped, allowing the gas to be purified.
Working principle of bag filter
The high dust removal efficiency of the bag filter is inseparable from its dust removal mechanism. The dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper through the intake pipe at the bottom of the dust collector, and enters the filter bag chamber with the gas. Due to the collision of the deflector and the decrease in gas velocity, coarse particles of dust fall into the ash hopper, while the remaining fine dust particles are trapped in the filter bag due to the inertial, diffusion, obstruction, hooking, and electrostatic effects of the filter material and fabric. The purified gas escapes from the bag and is discharged through the exhaust pipe. The accumulated dust on the filter bag is removed by reverse gas washing, and the dust falls into the ash hopper and is discharged by the double-layer ash discharge valve to the ash conveying device. The accumulated dust on the filter bag can also be removed by a pulsed air flow, achieving the purpose of cleaning, and the dust removed is discharged by the dust discharge device. The high dust removal efficiency of the bag filter is also inseparable from the filter material. The performance and quality of the filter material directly affect the performance and service life of the bag filter.
