Bag filter accessories include stabilizing pressure airbags, electromagnetic pulse valves, dust filter bags, dust filter cages, and unloaders, etc.

Stabilizing pressure airbag: The stabilizing pressure airbag comes in two shapes, square and circular, and is used to ensure even and sufficient air supply to the pulse valve. The size of the stabilizing pressure airbag depends on the amount of stabilized air flow and the installation size of the pulse valve. The stabilizing pressure airbag is a pressure vessel and should be tested for pressure resistance after manufacture. The test pressure should be 1.5 times the working pressure.

The electromagnetic pulse valve is the executive mechanism and key component of the pulse jet cleaning device, mainly divided into three types: right-angle pulse valve, submerged pulse valve, and straight-through pulse valve. The domestic electromagnetic pulse valve is suitable for an environment with a temperature of -10-55℃ and relative humidity not greater than 85%. The working medium is clean air, and the dew point is -20℃. The injection air source pressure is 0.3-0.8 MPa. Choose the appropriate specification of the electromagnetic pulse valve according to the size of the filtering area of the dust collector. The domestic electromagnetic pulse valve mainly includes TMF-Z series, TMF-Y series, TMF-T series, and TMF-ZM series.

Dust filter cages: The dust filter cage is a device used to support the filter bag. It requires a smooth and straight appearance and does not deform during use. The dust filter cage is divided into round bag type (outer filter), round bag spring type, flat bag type (outer filter), elliptical, diamond, envelope type, multi-joint frame (elliptical multi-joint frame, round bag multi-joint frame, in the form of plug-in type or card type), finished frame (frame with venturi tube. Plastic bag, iron frame packaged frame. Neatly arranged diamond frame).

The unloader, also known as an ash discharge valve, is installed below the dust collector ash hopper and consists of an electric motor, reducer, and shell. The inlet and outlet flanges are divided into square (A) and circular (B). The ash discharge valve not only discharges ash but also has a wind-closing function. The commonly used domestic ash discharge valve models include YJD-A series and YJD-B series.
