Introduction

Micro-porous ceramic membrane filtration tube is composed of a high-strength ceramic support body and a ceramic membrane layer. They have high mechanical strength, excellent thermal performance and chemical corrosion resistance, and excellent micro-porous filtration performance.

 

Details

The ceramic support body is a porous ceramic material made of high-quality refractory ceramic aggregates (mullite, silicon carbide, and cordierite) and high-temperature ceramic binders, formed by isostatic pressing and high-temperature sintering. The ceramic membrane layer is mainly made of refractory materials such as mullite and ceramic fibers, prepared by processes such as spraying to form a micro-porous layer. Micro-porous ceramic membrane filtration tubes can be divided into silicon carbide, cordierite, mullite, and ceramic fiber types according to the material of the membrane support body.

Main characteristics:

1. The micro-porous ceramic membrane material has a gradient pore structure, where the membrane support body has high mechanical, chemical, and thermal properties, and the ceramic membrane layer has good filtration, separation, and regeneration properties. Compared with traditional filter materials, micro-porous ceramic membrane materials have higher gas filtration efficiency.

2. The pore structure is easy to control, with a narrow distribution range and not affected by pressure and temperature changes. It is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, spark-resistant, and resistant to high-temperature particle erosion. It can reduce the high-temperature cooling system, prevent the condensation and adhesion of low dew point substances, maintain stable filtration efficiency, and can be used under various operating conditions.

3. It has good chemical corrosion resistance (SO2, H2S, NH3, HCI, alkali metals, and salts, etc.) and oxidation resistance, suitable for filtering various environmental media. It can be used for high-temperature and high-pressure gas treatment, with a maximum operating temperature of 650°C and a maximum working pressure of 4.0 MPa. Traditional filter bags generally have a maximum operating temperature of less than 200°C, and the highest operating temperature is 280°C.

4. It has high filtration accuracy, up to 0.1 microns, and a smoke purification efficiency of more than 99%, with an emission concentration less than 10mg/㎡3.

5. It has low filtration resistance. Depending on the required filtration accuracy, the initial resistance of high-temperature ceramic membrane materials with a gradient pore structure is generally 80-500 Pa, and the filtration velocity can reach 0.9-3.6 m/min.

6. The ceramic membrane filtration tube adopts surface filtration technology, which can be back-blown online, with good regeneration performance and long service life, up to more than 5 years.
