Features
The core component of the TML series ceramic membrane filter is the ceramic membrane filtration tube, which is made of various materials such as rare earth and zirconia through scientific formulation, processes such as calcination, crushing, grading, shaping, and film making, and is formed into a three-dimensional network structure microporous membrane by high-temperature firing. The ceramic membrane filtration tube has the characteristics of high mechanical strength, acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and strong regenerative ability.
Working principle
The TML series ceramic membrane filter generally operates in parallel with two or more units. The wastewater enters the oil collection chamber through the inlet, and all the carried oil is collected at the top of the oil collection chamber. When it reaches a certain amount, it is discharged regularly from the oil outlet. Under the external pressure, the wastewater permeates the micro-porous ceramic membrane filtration tube and enters the filtration chamber. The impurities are intercepted and deposited in the sedimentation chamber, and when a certain amount is accumulated, they are discharged from the sewage outlet and sent to the next process. After the equipment has been running for a period of time, some mechanical impurities will adhere to the surface of the ceramic membrane filtration tube during the flow of water, which will reduce the flow rate and increase the pressure difference. At this time, backwashing should be carried out to improve the filtration effect of the ceramic membrane filtration tube. The working principle of this equipment varies in different industries and fields. The equipment can be manually operated or interlocked for automatic control.
