Electric Heating Water Bath Vaporize

The electric heating water bath vaporizer is a subcategory of vaporizers (or gasifiers), and is a type of water bath vaporizer. Its function can be divided into two types: one is to convert liquid gas (such as liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied carbon dioxide, etc.) into gaseous state by heating, and the other is to act as a low-temperature gas heater. The low-temperature gas is heated by the electric heating water bath vaporizer to the required temperature. The electric heating water bath vaporizer is also known as an electric heating vaporizer, low-temperature gas electric heater, etc.

This series of vaporizers uses a specially designed high-efficiency electric heater to heat the water in the cylinder, and then heats the low-temperature liquid (LO2, LN2, LAr, LNG, LCO2, LC2H4, LPG, LNH3, LC3H8) inside the compact heat exchanger tube. Advanced water temperature control system ensures extremely stable vaporization rate during operation, and the outlet temperature can be set according to user requirements.

The electric heating water bath vaporizer is a large cylinder (for convenience, we call it A) with many tubes inside (liquid gas passes through these tubes, for convenience, we call them B). These tubes are sealed and not connected to the water in the cylinder. The cylinder is filled with water, and then an explosion-proof electric heater similar to "Rheem" is used to heat the water in the cylinder, which heats the liquid gas in the tube B and converts it into gaseous state.
