Introduction
The One-stage Coal Gasifier is widely used in various fields such as machinery, metallurgy, building materials, light industry, and chemical industry, is a fully water-jacketed structure for continuous gas production.
One-stage Coal Gasifier is the air from the blower is mixed with steam generated by the furnace itself at a pressure of 0.29 MPa to form saturated air as the gasification agent, which enters the gasifier through the check valve at the bottom of the furnace. The raw coal, with particle size of 20-50mm or 50-100mm after crushing and screening, is gasified in the furnace by the gas generated from the products inside the gasifier, and the resulting gas passes through gravity dust collector and cyclone dust collector for dust removal before being transported to users through gas pipelines.
Working Principle:

The core equipment of the coal gasifier station system is the coal gasifier, also known as the gas generator, which uses a mixture of air and steam as the gasification agent, and coal as the raw material to undergo oxidation-reduction reactions at high temperature, producing coal gas with CO and H2 as the main combustible components, making it an energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment.
The interior of the coal gasifier is divided into ash layer, oxidation layer, reduction layer, dry distillation layer, and drying layer. The gasification agent (air + steam) is introduced into the furnace through the bottom, and the following chemical reactions occur in the oxidation-reduction layer:

C+H2O=CO+H2-Q
C+2H2O=CO2+2H2-Q
CO+H2O=CO2+H2+Q
Process Description:
First, the coal is added to the coal gasifier furnace through a coal feeder, and the air from the blower is mixed with steam generated by the furnace itself at a pressure of 0.29 MPa to form saturated air as the gasification agent. The saturated air is introduced into the furnace through the check valve and the wind box at the bottom of the furnace. The raw coal, with particle size of 20-50mm or 50-100mm, undergoes crushing and screening inside the gasifier furnace, and the coal reacts with the gasification agent at high temperature to produce coal gas. The gas from the furnace first enters the gravity dust collector for preliminary dust removal by utilizing the self-weight of the dust, and then enters the cyclone dust collector, where most of the coal powder and dust are removed by centrifugal force. The hot coal gas after cyclone dust removal goes through several settling chambers and water-sealed partitions, and is then sent to the gas-consuming equipment through the hot gas pipeline.
