Air-cooled Gasifier

The air-cooled gasifier is a highly efficient and energy-saving heat exchange device that uses natural air convection to heat low-temperature liquids (LO2, LN2, LAr, LNG, LCO2, LC2H4, LPG) in heat exchange tubes, causing them to completely evaporate into gas.

■ The "bridge" style connecting elements are aesthetically pleasing and eliminate stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction during operation

■ Special surface oxidation treatment of heat exchange tubes

■ Optimized flow design that reduces pressure drop to a minimum and eliminates any uneven flow, ensuring flow velocity remains within a safe range

■ Sufficient design margins

■ Advanced high-pressure tube composite technology that ensures full contact between the pressure-bearing tube and the heat exchange tube, ensuring heat exchange efficiency

■ All gasifiers are manufactured and cleaned according to oxygen service standards for safer use

■ Can be designed and manufactured according to electronic grade standards

■ Design conditions: temperature -10°C, relative humidity 70%, continuous use of 8-12 hours of gasification volume

■ Note: Factors that affect gasification volume include: operating cycle, ambient temperature, humidity, altitude, wind speed, sunlight, pressure, adjacent buildings, etc.

■ Applicable media: LO2, LN2, LAr, LNG, LCO2, LC2H4, LPG, etc.

■ Operating pressure: 0.8-35.0MPa

■ Flow rate per unit: 50-8000NM3/h
