Introduction
The DU vacuum belt filter is a highly efficient solid-liquid separation equipment used in a wide range of industries, including metallurgy, mining, chemical, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food, wet flue gas desulfurization in power plants, coal chemical industry, and environmental protection.
The equipment adopts a fixed vacuum box, and the belt slides on the vacuum box to form a moving sealing structure. It can continuously and automatically complete processes such as filtration, cake washing, slag discharge, filter cloth regeneration, etc. The mother liquor and the filter cake washing liquid can be collected separately, which has the advantages of high filtration efficiency, large production capacity, good washing efficiency, low filter cake moisture content, flexible operation, and easy maintenance.
Technical features:
★ The mother liquor and filter cake washing liquid can be collected separately. The filter cake washing can achieve multi-stage co-current and countercurrent washing, and each segment of washing liquid can be collected separately.
★ The circular rubber liquid drainage belt is manufactured using advanced one-time vulcanization molding technology, with high tensile strength and long service life.
★ The vacuum liquid drainage adopts a free-fall type (high-level drainage) and an automatic drainage type (zero-level drainage) to meet the requirements of various working conditions.
★ The overall structure adopts modular design, which can be flexibly assembled and is easy to transport and install.
★ The control system uses DCS technology and can achieve on-site and remote automatic control.
★ The equipment can add a hood to achieve semi-enclosed or fully enclosed, used for local insulation or centralized collection of volatile gases or steam materials.
Working principle:
The belt filter press is composed of rubber belt, vacuum box, drive roller, belt support platform, feeding hopper, filter cloth deviation adjusting device, filter cloth washing device, frame and other components. It is a highly efficient equipment that fully utilizes the gravity of materials and vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation. Its working principle is as follows:

As shown in the figure, the circular rubber belt is continuously driven by the motor and the speed reducer, and the filter cloth is laid on the belt and runs synchronously with it. The rubber belt slides in contact with the vacuum box (there is a circular friction belt between the vacuum box and the rubber belt, and water is introduced to form a water seal). When the vacuum box is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone is formed on the rubber belt.
The slurry is evenly spread on the filter cloth by the cloth feeder. Under the action of vacuum, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth, gathers in the transverse grooves on the rubber belt, and enters the vacuum box through small holes, while the solid particles are intercepted and form the filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum is discharged through the gas-water separator.
As the rubber belt moves, the formed filter cake enters the washing and drying zones in turn, and finally the filter cloth and the rubber belt are separated, and the filter cake is discharged at the cake discharge roller. The filter cloth after discharging the cake is obtained through cleaning and regeneration, and then re-enters the filtration zone after passing through a set of supporting rollers and correcting devices.
