I. Periodic inspection of LPG storage tank
LPG storage tank periodic inspection points are as follows:
1. Cracks, overheating, deformation, leakage and damage of LPG tank body, interface (valve, pipeline) parts and welded joints;
2. Corrosion on the outer surface of LPG storage tank;
3. The insulation layer is damaged, fallen, wet and cold;
4. Abnormal oscillation and sound of LPG storage tank and adjacent pipelines or components are in conflict with each other;
5. Support or supporting parts are damaged, foundation subsidence, tilt and cracking, fasteners are in good condition;
6.LPG storage tank discharge (drainage, sewage) equipment;
7. Whether there is overtemperature, overpressure and overload in the operation and working process;
8.LPG storage tank grounding facilities;
9. Monitoring methods for LPG storage tanks.
