Abnormal furnace condition and treatment of two-stage furnace
1. Abnormal phenomena sometimes occur in the two-stage furnace in operation, such as the temperature of the two-stage furnace is too high or too low, the carbon content of the slag increases, and the slag and fire in the furnace are called abnormal furnace conditions. There are three main reasons for this phenomenon:
1.1 The supply of gasification raw coal does not meet the requirements, such as the quality of coal is reduced, the ash content and coal gangue are increased, the lump degree of coal is uneven, and the coal dust is more, which worsens the normal gasification conditions in the furnace;
1.2 The two-stage furnace itself fails, such as the failure of the coaling system or the ash extraction system or the damage of parts, resulting in uneven coaling and ash output;
1.3 stoker operation errors, such as saturation temperature is not well controlled, coaling, ash production, furnace level changes are not monitored and adjusted in time. Of course, these causes are not isolated, but are interrelated, and sometimes they are the result of a combination of them. Therefore, the performance of abnormal furnace conditions is also diverse and intertwined, and we summarize the common abnormal furnace conditions into three problems to analyze and explain. Given that under normal production conditions, the first two factors have been largely fixed. Even if it does, it is obvious, so the analysis focuses on the operating factors and how to deal with them.
