1,Cause of the accident:
1) The air pipe explosion caused by the automatic stop or trip of the blower;
2) The air pipe explosion caused by automatic shutdown or tripping of the pressurizer;
3) Air duct explosion caused by power failure at the whole station:
a. Improper handling of power outages at the whole station
b. Misoperation of the whole station power failure
c. The power outage of the whole station has not been handled;
4) When the whole station is shut down, the bell valve is not opened, which causes the explosion of the air main;
5). The blower and pressurizer stop and do not stop the stoner to cause an explosion;
2,Precautionary measures:
1) Strengthen technical training to improve employees' accident judgment ability and accident handling level;
2) When the blower, pressurizer or "double stop", the positive pressure operation should be maintained;
3) When the whole station is out of power or gas, it is necessary to operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures;
4) In the case of dealing with the accident of the whole station, it is necessary to unify the command, cooperate with each other, and have a clear division of labor;
5) Strengthen labor discipline and strict work positions;
