1. Vibrating ash cleaning

2. Reverse blowing and ash cleaning
The reverse blowing ash cleaning method is mostly used in large bag dust collectors, which has high requirements for the mechanical properties of the joints and the hoisting process of the sewn filter bags.
3. Air ring spray cleaning
The air ring injection cleaning effect is better, because the use of air flow to remove the dust, so the rigidity of the filter material is required, and the filter material needs to have excellent wear resistance and small pores. In the process of moving, due to the need to maintain the stability of the filter bag performance, felt or needle felt is often used, and the thickness and density are correspondingly high.
4. Pulse back-blowing ash cleaning
The kinetic energy exerted by pulse back-blowing ash cleaning in the process of dust removal is between high kinetic energy and low kinetic energy, so the filter material needs to have a certain degree of flexibility and rigidity, and satin and twill fabrics are often used to achieve a certain dust removal efficiency of the filter bag. In the process of selecting the filter bag, it is also necessary to consider the filtration speed, the wear strength of the skeleton and other factors, and if other effects are needed, special post-treatment should be carried out on the surface of the filter material.
5. Pulse jet cleaning
Pulse injection has high energy consumption, strong ash cleaning ability, and less residual dust particles inside the filter material. The filter material used in the pulsating injection cleaning method is generally a needle-punched filter material or felt filter material, due to the large pulse kinetic energy, the filter material in the filtration is easy to be deformed by the impact force, and the friction between the filter material and the skeleton is large, so nylon with good wear resistance and large initial modulus is often used as the filter material.
