Introduction
The cryogenic liquid pump is suitable for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon filling systems and L-CNG filling station systems. It pressurizes and vaporizes the low-temperature liquid in the storage tank and then fills it into steel cylinders or CNG vehicless, with a maximum outlet pressure up to 40.0MPa or more.
Cryogenic Liquid Pump
The high-flow reciprocating low-temperature liquid pump is suitable for liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and liquid argon medium-pressure process systems. It pressurizes and vaporizes the low-temperature liquid in the storage tank and directly enters the pipeline network. The carbon dioxide liquid pump, as the main components of carbon dioxide filling systems, is used for carbon dioxide charging. It pressurizes the liquid carbon dioxide in the storage tank and fills it into the steel cylinder. Its simple and optimized design and careful manufacture ensure long-term safe and reliable operation.
Structural Composition
The pump mainly consists of motor, electric control cabinet, belt pulley, transmission wheel, transmission box and pump head.
The role of the pump drive end is to change the rotational motion of the motor into reciprocating motion, and transmit the output power of the motor to the compression end of the pump head. The motor completes the conversion through pulleys, eccentric wheels, connecting rods, crossheads and other components. The shaft, cam and bearing structure of the transmission system are oil-immersed.
The hydraulic end of the pump head is composed of a cylinder liner, cylinder body, piston assembly, seals, discharge valve, and damper. Its main components are made of stainless steel material with a long working life. The seals consist of a combination of various sealing components to ensure reliable and trouble-free operation of the pump at normal operating pressure.
