1. Eliminate pump cavitation
1) Measures to improve the anti-cavitation ability of the pump itself
a. Improve the structural design from the pump suction inlet to the vicinity of the impeller, improve the surface finish and streamline shape of the impeller blades and reduce resistance loss;
b. When designing, ensure that the balance hole area of the pump is at least 5 times greater than the area of the sealing ring gap, which can reduce the impact of leakage flow on the main liquid flow;
c. Extend the blade inlet edge to the impeller inlet, so that the liquid flow can receive work in advance, which can increase the inlet pressure of the pump, etc.;
2) Measures to change the suction device to improve cavitation resistance
a. Reduce the flow loss on the pipeline in front of the pump, that is, design a reasonable pipe diameter and an effective and economical flow rate;
b. Within the required range, shorten the pipeline as much as possible, reduce elbows and valves, and increase the valve opening as much as possible;
c. Increasing the pressure of the liquid level in the liquid storage tank in front of the pump can increase the effective cavitation margin and simultaneously reduce the inlet pressure of the pump.
2. Change the anti-corrosion concept of the flow-passing parts in the pump:
Using lining polymer material + metal composite manufacturing technology
Due to the acidic medium flowing in the slurry circulation pump, the material selection of the impeller and casing of the circulation pump is a top priority. The materials of the flow-passing parts are directly related to the service life of the pump and the reliability of operation. Generally, the more important desulfurization pump flow parts are often made of Cr30A all-metal material; the metal material is lined with colloid; 2205 duplex stainless steel material, features: high initial investment cost; impeller service life is about 1-2 years; complex and maintenance high cost.

3. Characteristics of lining polymer composite materials
Polymer composite materials are two-component or multi-component composite materials composed of polymer composite polymers and metal particles, ceramic particles, carbon fibers, etc. A higher discipline developed on the basis of solid colloids, which is essentially different from the traditional solid colloid. The specific characteristics are:
1) Excellent adhesion; polymer penetration creates a force between molecules, forming a strong link with the repair part;
2) Excellent mechanical properties: The requirements of various composite forces generated by power parts during operation are analyzed, various data balances are achieved during the material synthesis process, and it has good machining performance and ductility.
3) Chemical corrosion resistance: Solve strong corrosion.

1) Pump casing lining
The pump casing is repaired using optimized design and special manufacturing processes. The inner lining of the pump casing is made of polymer composite materials and the exterior is metal armored. The overall pump has good reliability, high safety, and is easy to disassemble and assemble. The special ingredients and technology of polymer materials ensure that the metal shell and the polymer composite lining are integrated and tightly combined.
2) Impeller surface lining
