Desulfurization Slurry Circulation Pump Operation And Maintenance

There are several main parts of a desulfurization slurry pump. Generally speaking, there are pump head part, transmission part, impeller part, and shaft seal part. In fact, the shaft seal part of the desulfurization slurry pump is very important. Many water pumps have leaks, leaks, etc., which cause great pollution to the production environment, and use in harsh environments may cause more serious consequences. So today, when civilized enterprises are promoted, shaft seals that are prone to leakage are increasingly disliked. Then the shaft seal used in the desulfurization slurry pump has made a great breakthrough in this aspect. There will no longer be dripping and other phenomena, and the sealing performance is very good.
For desulfurization slurry pumps, it is generally necessary to regularly check the sealing water pressure and water volume, always keep a small amount of clean water flowing along the shaft, and regularly adjust the packing gland. In addition, the packing and shaft seal water pressure need to be checked and replaced regularly. The shaft seal water volume should meet the shaft seal inspection requirements. In this way, the shaft seal part of the desulfurization slurry pump can be well maintained, extending its service life and ensuring sealing performance.
Desulfurization slurry pumps are often used in some harsh environments, and the transported media are mostly various high and low concentration acid and alkali liquids, corrosive liquids, etc., so it is best to maintain the desulfurization and denitrification slurry pump regularly after use. In this way, the service life of the desulfurization and denitrification slurry pump can be improved. Based on the structure of the desulfurization slurry pump, we maintain the main structural components of the desulfurization slurry pump, including the shaft seal and impeller bearing. The maintenance methods for each component are as follows:
1. Shaft seal part:
The desulfurization and denitrification slurry pump needs to regularly detect the sealing water pressure and water volume. Always keep a small amount of clean water flowing along the shaft, regularly adjust the packing gland, check the packing and replace the packing regularly. The shaft seal water pressure and water volume should comply with the above (shaft seal inspection )Require.
2. Impeller part:
In order to make the desulfurization and denitrification slurry pump operate efficiently, the gap between the impeller and the front guard plate must be adjusted in time. When adjusting the impeller gap, stop the pump first, loosen the bolts that compress the bearing box, loosen the adjusting nut, and move the bearing assembly forward. At the same time, turn the shaft by hand in the direction of rotation of the pump until the impeller rubs against the front guard. Then use the adjusting bolt to move the rotor backward. Note the forward and backward movement clearances and distribute them evenly between the front and rear guards of the impeller to reach the point between the impeller and the front guard. Until the gaps between the guard plate and the rear guard plate are equal. And tighten the two dust-proof disks and fasten them on the shaft. After adjusting the desulfurization and denitrification slurry pump, recheck whether the impeller rotation is normal and whether the holding down bolts of the bearing assembly are tightened before starting again.
3. Bearings need lubrication:
When assembling the bearing components, if the assembly is correct, the lubricating oil is appropriate, and the maintenance is timely, the transportation life will be longer. Maintenance personnel should regularly inspect the bearing components, check the condition of the bearings and lubricating oil, and add or replace lubricating oil regularly during operation. Desulfurization pump manufacturer, the interval time and injection amount are related to many factors such as pump speed, bearing specifications, continuous working time, number of pump stops, surrounding environment and operating temperature, gypsum discharge pump sealed absorption tower desulfurization pit pump, Therefore, you must gradually accumulate experience and add lubricating oil reasonably and timely.
4. The standby pump should rotate the shaft 1/4 turn every week so that the bearings can evenly bear the static load and external vibration.
5. Other daily maintenance
1) Check whether the pump body, motor, pipelines and joints are loose. Turn the pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
2) Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body. Observe that the oil level should be at the center line of the oil mark. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in time.
3) Unscrew the water diversion screw plug of the pump body and fill it with water diversion (or slurry diversion).
4) Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipe.
5) Move the motor jog to see if the motor direction is correct.
6) Start the motor. When the pump operates normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump. After they show appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.
7) Try to control the flow and head of the pump within the range indicated on the sign to ensure that the pump operates at a higher efficiency point to achieve greater energy saving effects.
8) During the operation of chemical pumps, the bearing temperature must not exceed the ambient temperature by 35°C, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 80°C.
9) If you find any abnormal sound from the pump, stop the pump immediately and check the cause.
10) When the pump is to be stopped, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
11) In the first month of operation, the lubricating oil of the chemical pump should be changed every 100 hours, and then every 500 hours.
12) Frequently adjust the packing gland to ensure normal dripping in the packing chamber (it is better to keep dripping out).
13) Regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve. If the wear is severe, replace it in time.
14) When the pump is used in cold winter, after stopping, the drain plug at the bottom of the pump body needs to be unscrewed to drain the medium. Prevent frost cracking.
15) If the pump is out of service for a long time, it is necessary to disassemble the entire pump, wipe off the water, apply grease to the rotating parts and joints, install them, and store them properly.
