Introduction to the system components of the pulse jet cleaning bag filter

The pulse jet ash cleaning bag dust collector is mainly composed of several parts: pulse jet ash cleaning device, filter bag room, box frame, ash storage device, compressed air system and electrical control system.

The ash cleaning device of the pulse jet cleaning bag filter is composed of an electromagnetic pulse valve, a blowing pipe and an air bag, as shown in the figure below.

(1) Air bag: the volume should be large enough to ensure that the pressure change in the air bag before and after each injection cleaning does not exceed 30%; in order to prevent the waste water oil and gas discharged regularly in the air bag from contaminating the air inlet and entering the filter bag, the air inlet should be opened above the air bag; the air bag should be installed near the air injection pipe to facilitate the connection between the air injection pipe and the air bag.

(2) Blowing pipe: the length of the injection pipe is determined by the number of filter bags designed by the dust collector; when selecting the injection pipe, it is necessary to ensure that the injection pipe cannot be deformed due to its own weight; in the industry, a certain size of nozzle is usually welded on the nozzle hole of the blowing pipe to ensure the ash cleaning effect.

(3) Electromagnetic pulse valve: The pulse valve is the actuator in the ash cleaning device, which is divided into three types of pulse valves: right-angle type, submerged type and straight-through type.

Right-angle type: the direction of compressed gas entering the pulse valve and leaving the pulse valve is 90 degrees, the structure of this pulse valve is more complex than the other two pulse valves, and the pressure of the compressed gas through it changes greatly, which is suitable for use in high-pressure pulse injection ash cleaning occasions.

Submerged type: its air inlet is directly installed in the air bag, the pressure loss during the injection process is very small, the use time of the whole equipment is very long, and it is suitable for working occasions with low air source pressure.

Straight-through: The pulse valve is directly installed in the air bag, which is characterized by simple structure and relatively small pressure loss during the injection process, which is suitable for working occasions with low air source pressure.

The filter bag chamber is composed of a filter bag, a cage bone and a pattern plate, the choice of pattern plate material determines the service life of the filter bag chamber, and the installation of the filter bag and the cage bone should be matched with the round hole on the pattern plate, otherwise it will affect the dust removal and ash cleaning efficiency of the whole dust collector.

The box frame is mainly composed of various steel structures, including steel boxes, legs, ladders and various types of steel products, and the box frame is the main supporting frame of the bag filter, which not only bears its own weight, but also bears the load of other components and equipment of the dust collector.

The ash storage device is composed of a scraper, an ash discharge valve, an ash hopper, an ash storage bin and other equipment, and the dust naturally shed by the bag filter during the filtration process and the dust cleaned up during the pulse jet cleaning process fall into the ash hopper, and then processed into the ash storage bin by the scraper and then removed. The normal and stable operation of the bag filter is also inseparable from the ash storage device.

The main purpose of the compressed air system is to provide a compressed high-pressure air source for the pulse jet ash cleaning system. It usually includes a large gas storage tank and several gas bags and closed ventilation pipes; in the process of spray cleaning, the high-pressure compressed gas in the gas bag will be reduced, which needs to be supplemented by the high-pressure gas of the large gas storage tank, so that the pressure in the gas storage tank can be restored to the original set value, and the compressed air system can be operated smoothly and normally.

Electrical control system According to the actual situation of the factory, the electronic equipment such as the pulse injection system, differential pressure transmitter, and temperature sensor are controlled through the setting program.
