First, run raw material
For a certain amount of raw feed, less coal consumption, low heat consumption control, calcination temperature is not enough; Ring or a large number of kiln skin collapse, to the amount of material suddenly increased, and the operator did not know or did not pay attention to, the amount of coal and kiln speed did not adjust in time or judgment is wrong; The coal consumption of decomposing furnace is small, the raw material decomposition rate of human kiln is low, the coal consumption of kiln is large, but the ventilation in the kiln is poor, and the temperature of the firing zone cannot be lifted. The output of rotary kiln runs in the low range, resulting in frequent collapse of preheater system.
Two, kiln head tempering
The cooling machine exhaust gas fan valve is too open; The clinker cooling fan fails or the material layer is too dense, the resistance is too large, resulting in the reduction of cooling air volume; At the end of the kiln, the ash hole and the observation hole suddenly open, and the system pumping force is reduced.
3. The temperature of kiln tail and pre-decomposition system is too high
Bad ventilation in rotary kiln equipment; Insufficient supply or uneven incoming material; The blockage of cyclone makes the system temperature rise. The temperature of the burning belt is too low, and the pulverized coal is burned later.
Four, the cooling machine exhaust gas temperature is too high
The running speed of the grate plate of the cooling machine is too fast, and the clinker will enter the middle or rear of the cooling machine without sufficient cooling; The clinker cooling air volume is insufficient, the clinker temperature of the cooling machine is high, and the exhaust gas temperature rises naturally.
Five, the temperature of the firing belt is too high
Less incoming materials and coal consumption did not reduce in time; The flow in the burner is too large, resulting in too short flame, high temperature belt is too concentrated; The temperature of the secondary wind is too high, the black fire head is short, and the position of the fire point moves forward.
Six, the secondary air temperature is too low
The nozzle is extended, the flame is longer, and there is a certain length of cooling zone in the kiln; The air volume of the high-pressure fan in one room of the cooling machine is too large. The clinker distribution on the grate plate is not uniform, and the cooling wind is short circuit, which does not play a cooling role.
Seven, burning belt material overburning
Too much coal is used and the firing temperature is too high; Raw material homogenization is not good, chemical composition fluctuation is too large or raw material fineness is too fine so that the material is too easy to sintering; When kiln ash is directly mixed into kiln, the proportion of mixing is too large.
Eight, kiln mouth ring
The secondary air temperature is high for a long time, the pulverized coal burning speed is too fast, the flame is too concentrated; Sintering belt temperature is too high, the material overburning; The clinker particles are too fine and there is more powder. The valve opening of the high-pressure fan in one chamber of the cooling machine is too large, and a large amount of powder is returned to the rotary kiln.
