Process Flow of The Cryogenic Air Separation Equipment
The basic principle of air separation is to use low-temperature rectification to condense air into a liquid and separate the air according to the different evaporation temperatures of each component. The double-stage rectification column simultaneously obtains pure nitrogen and pure oxygen at the top and bottom of the upper tower, or liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen can be respectively taken out from the evaporative and condensing sides of the primary refrigeration. The air separation in the rectification column is divided into two stages, and air is separated for the second time in the lower tower to obtain liquid nitrogen while obtaining rich oxygen and liquid air. The rich oxygen and liquid air are sent to the upper tower for rectification to obtain pure oxygen and pure nitrogen. The upper tower is divided into two sections: the upper section is the rectification section with the liquid air inlet as the boundary, and the rising gas is used for oxygen component recovery, purifying nitrogen purity. The lower section is the distillation section, which separates nitrogen components from the liquid and increases the oxygen purity of the liquid.
