The impeller is a component that directly performs work on the liquid in the pump and is the energy supply device of the centrifugal pump. The suction inlet in the center of the pump casing is connected to the suction pipeline, and a one-way bottom valve is installed at the bottom of the suction pipeline. The discharge port on the side of the pump casing is connected to the discharge pipeline equipped with a regulating valve.

The basic structure is composed of six parts, namely: impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearing, sealing ring, and stuffing box. The impeller is the core part of the centrifugal pump. It has high speed and large output force, and the blades on the impeller play a major role. The impeller must pass a static balance test before assembly. The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller must be smooth to reduce friction losses in the water flow.
The reason why the desulfurization slurry circulation pump can send water out is due to the centrifugal force. Before the water pump works, the pump body and water inlet pipe must be filled with water to form a vacuum state. When the impeller rotates rapidly, the blades cause the water to rotate rapidly. The rotating water flies away from the impeller under the action of centrifugal force, and the water in the pump is After being thrown out, a vacuum area is formed in the central part of the impeller. The water from the water source is forced into the water inlet pipe through the pipe network under the action of atmospheric pressure (or water pressure). In this way, continuous water pumping can be achieved by endless circulation.
